In the unlikely event of complaints regarding your stay, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit to cover any damages or breach of house rules

Cleanliness
​​
Please leave the property as you would wish to find it.
Huge Holiday Homes are entrusted to our guests with the expectation that they, and their contents, are maintained in the same immaculate condition as upon arrival. We kindly ask that:

All cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and returned to their original places.

Dishwashers are left empty.

Barbecue equipment on terraces is left clean and ready for future guests.

Rubbish is separated into the appropriate General and Recycling bins.

All windows are closed, and heating thermostats are lowered before departure.

If pets are permitted during your stay, we ask that they refrain from using soft furnishings and only interact with items they have brought themselves. This ensures comfort for all future guests.

Recycling

We are committed to sustainability and ask that you assist us by separating recyclables, as you would at home. Failure to comply may result in a £250 charge if local authorities report an issue, as well as inconvenience for subsequent guests.

Hot Tub (if applicable)
​​
Our hot tubs are prepared and ready for immediate use. To maintain the highest hygiene standards, all guests are requested to shower before using the hot tub. Any neglect resulting in contamination will require treatment and refilling, with a fee of £99 per occurrence.

Problems and Complaints

Should any issues arise during your stay, please contact us immediately. We are dedicated to ensuring your experience is flawless. However, we cannot address matters reported after your departure.

Please note:

Our team or appointed representatives may access the property at reasonable times during your stay to resolve any issues.

Compensation cannot be considered if we are denied the opportunity to investigate and remedy reported concerns during your stay.

Pet Policy

Huge Holiday Homes is a family-oriented brand and welcomes well-behaved, fully supervised pets by prior arrangement. To ensure a luxury experience for all guests, we kindly request the following:

Pets must remain under strict control at all times.

Any fouling must be immediately cleaned.

Owners should provide all necessary bedding, water, and feeding bowls for their pets.

Pets must not use kitchenware intended for guest use.

Dogs must not be left alone in the property at any time.

Pets are not permitted on beds or soft furnishings, and hair must be thoroughly removed before departure.

All pets must be free from parasites and fleas.

Any damage or additional cleaning required due to pets will be assessed and charged at the owner’s discretion.

Property Unavailability
​​
In rare circumstances, such as natural disasters or unforeseen events, if the property becomes unavailable, Huge Holiday Homes will endeavour to provide suitable alternative accommodation or refund all monies paid (or a proportion in the case of partial stay). We regret that we cannot provide additional compensation for such events.
