Top floor two (double/twin) and one double sharing a bathroom to one side and two ensuite double/twin one of which has an family annex for a cot.
There are steps up to the property but there is disabled access to the side.
Fully equipped, designer-fitted kitchen and dining for at least 36, plus further seating at a breakfast bar.

This traditional Inn sits at the heart of Penmaenmawr village on the North Wales coast, at the edge of Snowdonia National Park.
Mountain View is designed for large get-togethers of family or Friends when a normal house just isn't big enough. Packed with loads of stuff to kids (younger & teenager), such as air hockey, table football and a pool table.
There is a stereo system and large flatscreen smart TV and (of course) WiFi.
The property comprises of 17 bedrooms with ten en-suites, most of which can be set up as double or twin plus a bunk rooms and dorm area.
Mountain View sits on the edge of the fabulous 'Snowdonia National Park' which is a haven for walkers, climbers and mountain bikers alike and also on the magnificent North Wales Coast with all the water-sports you can dream of. 5 minutes to the historic Castle town of Conwy over the scenic Sychnant pass, and 10 minutes from the Isle of Anglesea and Beautiful Beaumaris. The whole area is based on fun from the new national water-sports centre at Colwyn Bay (10 mins) and ground-breaking 'Surf' Snowdonia to Zip World the longest Zip wires in the country and Bounce Below in Snowdonia.

"This is our second year in Mountain View, 14 adults and 22 children went for a week. This place is massive and wants for nothing the bedrooms are comfy and made up on your arrival. The kitchen (my dept) is well equipped for large groups. The Dorms are great for the children and the basement playroom is great plenty for the children to do there is now a little patio area with tables and a lovely new BBQ.of course the projector tv went down a storm for the guys to watch sport (also sky tv) its not posh so we didn’t feel worried about 14 children running around which is just what we wanted.
